Getting Started
Follow these steps to create and secure your FMR Survey Tool account.
- Open the signup page.
- Enter your full name, email address, password, and password confirmation.
- Submit the form.
- Open the verification email from noreply@fieldmarketresearch.com and click the verification link.
- Return to the login page and sign in.
Open Profile, add your company information, upload your company logo, and review your subscription. Then create your first survey.
Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and blocked-sender folders. Confirm that the email address was entered correctly. Contact support when the message still does not arrive.
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email and use the secure reset link sent to you.
